Features

    Chamfered faces on both ends: one side features a 2 to 3 thread chamfer for threading, the opposite side provides a 1 to 1-1/2 thread chamfer for threading close to a shoulder.

    Fine pitch adjusting screw moves the die halves apart for threading or allows them to spring together for setup and re-adjustment.

    Beveled slot enables removal of the adjusting screw when mounted to a machine holder, allowing adjustment via holder screws.

    High Speed Steel construction delivers improved wear life during repeated threading operations.

    Bright uncoated finish reduces glare and avoids plating-related contamination during use.
