This line of carbide parting/grooving inserts aid in maintaining secure, cost-efficient production. Large assortments are on offer in various grades ranging from IC20, IC30, IC807, IC808, IC830, IC908, IC928 and in all standard geometry and widths for parting and grooving applications. Assortments are available in uncoated or PVD TiCN-coated grade for steel and stainless steel. The coated assortments offer better heat resistance, making it ideal for parting-off, grooving, and turning operations in harsh industrial conditions. ISCAR’s carbide series grade use low-to-medium-to-high speed and feed. Feed must be reduced at the center. This series of carbide inserts are available in over 40 assortments with lead angles range: 0°, 6°, 8°, 10°, 15°; insert cutting width radius range: 0.055 inch, 0.063 inch, 0.079 inch, 0.094 inch, 0.118 inch, 0.126 inch, 0.500 inch, and insert radius range: 0.001 inch, 0.006 inch, 0.036 inch, 0.008 inch, 0.012 inch, and 0.014 inch.
