Cutting speeds range from 525 to 984 sfm with feeds between 0.009 and 0.014 in/rev. Depths of cut vary from 0.020 up to 0.142 inches, supporting a versatile range of general cutting operations within these parameters. This insert is optimized for ISO P20-P25 steel materials, primarily suited for general cutting applications. Its positive rake geometry and 80° diamond shape make it ideal for finishing and semi-finishing cuts, but it is not recommended for heavy interrupted cuts or roughing operations.
