Problem: Mist buildup during the machining process creates a messy and possibly hazardous environment. Solution: A compact HEPA-compatible filtering design cleans up to 99% of irritants and pollutants to prevent harmful buildup.The 4-model Darwin series can cope with a wide range of differing applications, from small lathes to grinding machines to complex machining centers. The air filters collect and coalesce the oily pollutant thanks to the acceleration effect of the turbine or the rotor on the particles. The centrifugal action of the rotor coalesces the captured mists, bringing them back to their liquid states. The collected oil is sent back to the machine tool through the drainage pipe. The high level of filtration guaranteed by the Darwin series can be further increased by the pre- and post-filter modules, making them super-filtration units. Many permutations permit ad hoc solutions depending on the type of pollutant. All the modules can be added or removed at anytime during the life of the air filter.
