It is designed for heavy interrupted cutting and roughing operations, making it suitable for demanding machining conditions. The insert’s negative rake chipbreaker and robust edge strength enable it to handle tough cuts with high material removal rates. It is optimized for ISO M25-M35 stainless steel materials, prioritizing medium to rough turning and facing applications. This insert excels in heavy interrupted cuts but is not intended for precision finishing or profiling.
