Features

    Adjustable mechanism uses a fine pitch screw to move the die halves apart or together for precise thread cutting depth.

    Faces are chamfered on both sides; one side provides a two to three thread chamfer for threading, the opposite side provides a one to one and a half thread chamfer for threading close to a shoulder.

    Beveled slot design enables screw removal when the die is used in a machine holder, allowing adjustment from the holder without removing the die.

    Designed for improved wear life in metalworking tasks thanks to High Speed Steel construction and the locking geometry of the adjustment mechanism.
